I've downloaded PDF download but can't get it to work. An icon has appeared in the command bar but doesn't seem to do anything (and doesn't look quite the same as the one in pictures on the website as it doesn't have the drop down menu).
I've tried reinstalling and have also used the 'repair' function the Uninstall Programs section of Control Panel. But still nothing happens.
I'm using IE8 with Windows Vista. Any ideas? |

| Try downloading the latest v3 beta from the beta area. Please note that the drop down menu is not available for users on IE8. |

| Does this happen with every PDF link you try to click on? |

| The problem isn't with opening PDFs - that was never a problem anyway. I wanted this program as it claims to convert webpages into PDFs and thought this woudl be more useful than Microsoft's XPS. but so far I haven't been able to convert a single webpage - as I've said nothing happens when I click on the icon on the toolbar. |

That's odd. I've tested the addon on IE8 Vista and it works just fine for me.
Try going to IE8 > Tools > Manage Add-ons
Disable PDF Download (restart browser)
Enable PDF Download again (restart browser)
See if that resolves the issue.
The only other thing I can think of that might be causing PDF Download not to work is another add-ons. |

| I've tried that but no luck. I've had a look in the 'manage add ons' but can't see anything obvious that might be clashing with PDF Download. At the moment the programme seems fairly redundant so I might have to give up on it. |
