Added functionality to remove automatically the temporary files created by PDF Download. When you choose to open a PDF directly with the viewer, PDF Download downloads the PDF file into a temporary directory and then open it with your viewer. From now on, PDF Download will remove such temporary files the day after they have been downloaded. Doing this, you will avoid to have bunch of unused pdf files stored in a temporary directory of your file system.
Fixed bug that, at each Firefox was restarted, was setting the Firefox options to use PDF plugin when PDF Download was not active (i.e., javascript links) or bypassed.
Changed the size of option and popup window to do not use pixels but ex units. The size is specified in the locale dtd to avoid problems of visualization in some languages.

Added possibility to specify relative path for the custom PDF viewer: the relative path is relative to the path where Firefox is installed (the path containing the executable file used to launch Firefox).
Fixed small bug in the PDF Download option dialog: with the previous code it was possible to close the window with a wrong filename set in the options.
Fixed bug about the file size displayed in the popup dialog in case the size is between 1000 and 1024 byte or KB.
Fixed size issue for the option window: now it should be always displayed with the proper size.

Added the feature "Bypass PDF Download" to give to the user the chance to open a PDF without PDF Download. This feature can be used pressing CTRL-SHIFT when a PDF link is clicked or choosing the relative button on the PDF Download popup dialog.
Fixed bug about javascript links: now if the link contains some javascript, it is not intercepted anymore.

Since the 0.7 version had some problems, this new version uses the old way to intercept the PDF files (hence it does intercept ONLY direct pdf links).
It still supports for Firefox 2.0.
It still gives the chance to define a default action.

For now the support for local PDF files has been removed.

Changed the service used to convert pdf to html. Now the extension don't use Adobe service anymore, because it didn't work always. Now the PDF to HTML conversion works always (depending only on the web server up-time).
Changed support for local PDF files, because as made before it was pointless. Now the extension doesn't care about local files, because if you have a pdf file in your local filesystem you shouldn't need to open it from a html page.
Added language support for Spanish, Romanian, German and French.
